The Nerve of My Multiple Sclerosis
The Nerve of My MS is a non-profit patient organisation and representing the underrepresented group it serves. The organisation aims to build a supportive community of black individuals living with MS, combatting cultural stigmas by normalising difficult conversations about Multiple Sclerosis (MS) within the black community.
The Nest CIC
The organisation aims to make things better for as many people in the county of Hertfordshire as possible, and hope to take The Nest on the road and into other cities, towns and villages who may benefit. The Nest has been facilitating and delivering Community Connection workshops and support circles for Men and Women since 2018, supporting over 1,500 local people annually and totally free of charge.

Time to Talk Mental Health UK is a fully private and confidential Facebook Community. A highly interactive and fully moderated group, it provides a safe place for people to talk about their mental health in confidence with others who understand. In addition, the organisation provides events, regular clubs and a library of resources.

Together for Short Lives speaks out for children and young people who are expected to have short lives. The organisation is here to help these children and their families have as fulfilling lives as possible and the very best care at the end of life.
