About the event

Are you in the first five years of your career in policy, communications, or lived experience and have an interest in health, care, and inequalities? Join us for an exclusive networking event on Thursday 15 May, 5pm-7:30pm

Following on from its previous successful Next Generation Network events, we are delighted to announce another event in the series. It is aimed at early career professionals to support up and coming talent within our sector and develop opportunities to network and build relationships with each other.

For this edition of the event, we are delighted to be hosting a Q&A with two speakers; Compassion in Dying’s Director of Partnerships and Services, Usha Grieve, and Founder and Director of Punjabi mental health charity Taraki, Shuranjeet Singh.

The two guest speakers will share how to navigate influencing, overcome challenges, and set up your own organisation.

Our Next Generation Network events are open exclusively to member organisations and partners of National Voices and the VCSE Health & Wellbeing Alliance.

We believe we need to invest in helping more junior or newer staff develop the relationships necessary to foster new ideas, share innovation and strengthen career development. We encourage our members to give interested colleagues the opportunity to attend this event as part of their learning and development, including reimbursing any costs involved with attending.
