Compassion in Dying is here to help individuals plan ahead, to ensure their wishes will be respected. It is a national charity working to inform and empower people to exercise their rights and choices around end-of-life care.

Its vision is a world in which each individual gets the end-of-life care that is right for them, and it believes everyone should be aware of their legal rights and choices when making decisions about their treatment, including how to plan their wishes in advance in a legally binding way.
