Online Peer Support learning pack

What We Need Now
We follow the publication of our report What We Know Now – a rapid response review of 11 National Voices members’ surveys, which gave us compelling insight into the experiences of people using health and care services during the first wave of COVID-19 drawn from over 66,000 responses – with What We Need Now, first-person testimony of the first wave that is equally as powerful.

National Voices is a movement to raise the voices of people using health and care services, and those of their organisations, and it is this collaborative approach that has allowed us to pool together over 66,000 responses to National Voices members’ surveys that has given us this powerful insight into people’s experiences in the first wave of COVID-19.

Legislation change to support patient access to medicines
We’ve joined together with the Royal College of General Practitioners, Pharmaceutical Services Negotiating Committee, Community Pharmacy Wales, Community Pharmacy Scotland and British Medical Association to call on Matt Hancock MP to amend medicines legislation and enable all pharmacists to alter prescriptions to minimise the impact of medicine shortages on patient care.
