She is currently undertaking a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, and her last role was as a HR Intern at the University of Greenwich.

Destiny is passionate about using HR and operational expertise to create effective, supportive, and inclusive workplaces. As a carer for her mother, Destiny has experienced both the rewards and the challenges of navigating the sector, which has highlighted the importance of compassionate, well-structured care. This personal connection fuels her dedication to supporting National Voices’ impactful work and mission.

As Operations Officer, Destiny provides comprehensive administrative support across governance, finance, HR, and project management to ensure efficient organisational operations and to assist senior leadership.
